Performance Yachting are offering courses inTeam Building and Management Training . These one day courses can be held on a yacht to suit your budget and requirements, from 34 feet to a 60 footer. Alternatively two similar
sized vessels can be used to
enable teams to compete
against each other.A yacht offers
an excellent training platform, enabling
individuals to gain the necessary skills to work as a team or, in case of management, evaluate and manage.

By giving individuals a task to perform as
directed by a watch leader (manager) aboard the
yacht, each part of the team has an essential job to
carry out. Equally those tasks must be managed
correctly, without that one task the yacht fails to sail
efficiently. The exact same principles are used on the yacht
as would be used in the work place.
