Level: Competent Crew
This course is the introduction to sailing for the beginner or those who have some dinghy or cruising experience. A practical, hands on, fun week for you to learn the ropes under the guidance of an instructor.
On successful completion of the course you will have learnt seamanship to the level required to be a useful member of the crew, and gained the RYA Competent Crew Certificate

The Next Step: We suggest some practical experience as Competent Crew before moving onto Day Skipper Shorebased theory Course.

Once you have the Competent Crew Certificate you can gain experience on any of our sailing courses, you don't have to follow a syllabus if you just want to go sailing.
